The remainder of the meeting was devoted to updates on the MARC National Meet.
If you want to volunteer for the Meet, please contact Diane Hall. Joe Rogers volunteered to sell the club’s merchandise at the Meet.
In order to be covered under the MARC insurance, everyone working the Meet (whether for a day or the entire week) MUST register for the Meet.
The club is considering reimbursing the Meet registration fee to the club members who work the Meet if the final budget allows.

Bob sold a lot of merchandise at Model A Day at the Gilmore Museum. If you wish to purchase any of these items, contact Bob.
Meet Booklet – Bob Martino and Howard Kriebel continue to sell ads for the booklet.
Meet Publicity – We will be given 3 or 4 pages to promote the Meet in the Model A News magazine, Jan/Feb edition. This includes the registration form! All this information needs to be submitted in November.

Auction – All proceeds from the sale of the auction paddles and the donated auction items will be given to the Gilmore Museum.
Due to the high expense, the club will not be buying a credit card machine for the Meet.
