Activity Schedule
As Club Activities are planned, they will be added to the schedule. All activities are tentative due to weather and following COVID guidelines. Other related activities are also listed and open to all our club members. BOLD means that NPMAFC is the primary sponsor of the event.
2022 Activities
Oct 3-7 - AACA Hershey Fall Meet.
September 10 - Heidelberg Church Car Show, 9am to 2pm. Located at the Heidelberg United Church of Christ, 1101 Cowpath Road in Hatfield PA 19440. Cost is $12.00 (pre-registered) for each vehicle and $15.00 on the day of show. Dash Plaques will be given out to the first 125 cars. Each driver will receive a coupon redeemable for a lunch and a soda. August 20 - Lansdale Founders Week Parade, 5:00pm starts time. Lansdale is celebrating 150 years. Contact Jim Reed to sign up. More detailed information will be sent a week prior to the event.
August 6 - CANCELLED. Sue and Dave Wood are hosting their 17th Macungie breakfast on Saturday at 8:00am (rain or shine). Please call Sue to let her know that you are attending and what you will be bringing. "A mini car show before Macungie!".
July 4 - Skippack Parade, 11am start time. Line up begins at 10am. From the intersection of Route 113 and Route 73, take Route 113 South for about a half mile where the driveway entrance will be on your right, directly across from Mensch Road. Make a right into the driveway and drive down to the end where someone will direct you where to line up. Immediately following the parade, we will be traveling to Meadowood in Worcester where we will drive around the outer driveway to allow residents to see our cars. Following the drive, we will park at “The Grove” toward the back of Meadowood’s campus to enjoy lunch where residents can stop by for photos with our cars. Please BRING your own bag lunch and beverage!! Meadowood will provide tables, umbrellas and seating. Following lunch, we can travel a short distance to Merrymead for ice cream for those interested. May 30 - Collegeville/Trappe Memorial Day Parade, 10:00am. Meet at 9am at the Augustus Luthern Church (717 W Main St, Trappe, PA 19426). Remembrance Service and Community Day follows the parade at Waterworks Park, around 11:30am. Contact Howard Kriebel to register for a line-up number.
April 30 - Bryn Mawr College May Day Celebration, 1pm-4pm. Roarin' 20's theme. Departing from Worcester Elementary School (3017 Skippack Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446), departure time TBD. Contact Steve Sensenich.
April 24 - The Steve Ryan Model A/AA Show & Swap, 9am - 3pm. Presented by the Lehigh Valley Model A Club. Held at the Goodwill Volunteer Fire Co., 7723 Hamilton Blvd, Breinigsville, PA 18031.
April 3 - NPMAFC has been invited to the DVR Dust Off Run to Crystal Cave in Kutztown, PA (963 Crystal Cave Rd, Kutztown, PA 19530). Meet between 8:30-9:00am in front of the WalMart in Harleysville, opposite the water treatment plant (651 Main St, Harleysville, PA 19438). It's a 1-1/2 hr car tour to Crystal Cave. The tour of Crystal Cave begins at 11:00am. The cost for the Cave tour is $13.00 per person. PLEASE bring exact change. Ruth Ann Christ will sell you the tickets in the upper parking lot. February 26 - Boyertown Museum of Historic Cars, 11am guided tour. The museum is located at 85 S. Walnut St., Boyertown, PA 19512. 9:00am - Meet at Worcester Elementary School (3017 Skippack Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446). Lunch will follow at the Grind Restaurant (45 S. Reading Avenue, Boyertown, PA 19512). Call Sue Wood by Feb 21 to sign up.
January 22 - John Haines' Ye Ol' Antique Logging Exhibition and Workshop, 8:30a.m.-??. Join John Haines and fellow antique logging enthusiasts for a morning of demonstrations and activities. See antique equipment cut, split, plane and mill wood just as our forefathers did. Located at the home of John and Linda Haines, 3327 Geryville Pike, Pennsburg, PA 18073.

November 20 - 70th Annual Mardi Gras Parade, 1pm. Lansdale, PA. Decades of Celebrations theme. Contact Jim Reed if you plan to attend.
Postscript: It was a thrill for our club to be awarded first place in the Antique Vehicle category and honored to receive this plaque.
November 13 - Car run to America on Wheels (5 N. Front Street, Allentown, PA). We will meet at the R&S Keystone Diner (4714 Bethlehem Pike, Telford, PA) at 9:00am and drive to America On Wheels. Admission is $12 general; $9 seniors. Lunch to follow at Allentown Center City Diner (8454 Linden Street, Allentown, PA). Please notify Diane Hall if you plan to attend.
