Treasurer’s Report – The Treasury balance as of November 13 is $19,782.20. Dues renewals and Holiday Party checks have been coming in. Update on Members
Club Apparel
Mark Howard passed around pictures (with prices) of various apparel items. The Model A car in the logo had to be redesigned slightly so that the reduced image would be clear on hats, etc. Heat transfer or silk screen vs. embroidering are the best ways to reproduce the logo. Color for all apparel still needs to be determined. Mark noted that it’s been great working with Tiffany on this project.
Future Activities (NPMAFC-sponsored activities in bold)
New Business
Dick Longcoy brought some spare Model A parts to the meeting for anyone to take.
Election of officers for next year will be held at the December meeting. If anyone is interested and has questions, don’t hesitate to contact Carol Allen, Fred Coyne, Mark Howard or Diane Hall.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held on Monday evening, December 4, 2023, at 7:00 pm at Trinity UCC Church (2009 Church Road, Skippack, PA 19474). Don’t forget your name badge.
We’re going to start a discussion segment at the end of the meetings. We’ll ask a specific question to start the discussion.
Refreshments will be provided by Roth, Wood, Brown, Bosler and Volpe.

- Nov. 18 – Lansdale 72nd Annual Mardi Gras Parade – 1:00 pm. Details sent out separately.
- Nov. 23 – Thomas Massey House Thanksgiving Day Run – 8:00 am. (Lawrence Rd at Springhouse Rd, near Sproul Rd, Broomall). Sponsored by the Historical Car Club of Pennsylvania. Serving coffee and donuts. Requesting food for a local food bank or toy for the Toys for Tots drive.
- Dec. 2 – Souderton Holiday Parade – 11:00 am. Line up at 9:45 am at Grace Bible Church, 423 North Main St, Souderton 18964). Mark Howard requested that our cars be put at the beginning of the parade and not behind walkers to minimize overheating. 12-15 cars are expected. Club members are encouraged to decorate their cars – but no Santa Claus. Any questions, contact Mark Howard.
- Jan. 7, 2024 – Holiday Party at Bay Pony Inn. The party will be moved to lunchtime and afternoon (12:00 noon-5:00 pm). Members pay $10/person and the Club subsidizing $25/person. A request was made to add a cheese board during “happy hour”; a motion was passed to add the cheese board if the cost is $5 or less per person. The Club awards (Most Helpful, Most Spirited, Rusty Wrench) will be given out during the party. Carl and Ellen Berlinger are running the gift exchange. Gifts should be $15 minimum (no chocolate, food or used car parts). Crazy/deceptive wrapping always make the exchange a lot of fun. Use your imagination!
- The 2025 MARC National Meet will be held in Gettysburg.
