                                                       June 6th Meeting Minutes
 
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by President Phil Christ. There were 43 members in attendance.
 
Secretary's Report- The May minutes were read and approved as submitted.
 
Treasures Report- Treasure Ed Roth reported a balance of $3979.25.
 
Old Business- The North Penn High School car show was well attended by both students and our club.
The Harleysville Parade was well attended.
The Collegeville Parade was rescheduled to Saturday June 4th due to the weather. As planned our members did attend the picnic at the Kriebel's residence.
The AACA show located in Williamsport, PA had 650 cars in attendance. Ed and Karen Roth received two Grand National awards for their 1908 Ford and 1933 Ford Sedan.
Phil Christ will continue to work on the IRS Form 990 as discussed at the May meeting.
 
New Business- President Phil Christ read a "Thank You" note to the membership for their participation in club activities. In his note Phil mentioned both Carl Berlinger and Dave Woods for their donation of art which are raffled off at our Holiday Party. The proceeds go to the charity of the winner's choice.
Dave and Sue Woods also have a breakfast at their home on the Saturday of the Macungie car show.
Phil Christ discussed the North Penn HS car show. It came to our attention that the registration fee paid by the students is covering the cost of our club member’s lunch. A motion was made and passed to donate $150.00 to the school for the car show event.  We also discussed the possibility of sponsoring the show for next year. Ed Roth will meet with Mike Boyer the teacher who coordinates the show. More discussion at our September meeting.
A list of activities of upcoming shows and events was passed out to the membership.
Tom Hudecki discussed the Premier of the movie that our club members participated in.  This will take place Saturday August 27th, 8pm at The Kimmel Center, Perelman Theater, 300 South Broad Street, Philadelphia PA 19102.
Our September meeting will be held at Volpe Enterprises, 217 Church Road, North Wales PA 19454.
Tom Hudecki's tech program was on Model A Ford tool kits.
 
50-50 Drawling- Won by Ken Valeri. Ken donated his winnings back to the club.
 
Meeting adjourned at 8:35 pm.
