The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by President Carol Allen.
Secretary’s Minutes – The minutes of the December meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report – Major expenditures include MARC dues for 18 members, Bay Pony Inn Holiday Party, PA College of Technology scholarship, gift card for President’s Award. The Treasury balance as of February 5 is $16,158.04.

Detailed ordering information was emailed to members on Feb. 2. Mark Howard wants to place a large order in the next 2-3 weeks (by Feb. 25th). Please email your order to Mark. The Club is paying up to $25/member toward the members’ orders.

The next meeting will be held on Monday evening, March 4, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Trinity UCC Church (2009 Church Road, Skippack, PA 19474). Don’t forget your name badge.
Refreshments will be provided by Kriebel, Martino, Rogers, Ogle and DeHaven.

Update on Members
- Fran Russo appreciated that the club members awarded Tony the Most Spirited Award posthumously. It is now hanging in the dining room where she can see it every day.
- Barbara Schneider is selling Al’s 1931 burgundy coupe. Dave Wood agreed to put the car on the front yard to sell.

- Jan. 7 – Holiday Party at Bay Pony Inn. We had a very nice turnout. As usual, the Chinese gift-giving was a lot of fun – and laughs! The annual awards were presented:

- April 13 (tentative) – Car tour, ending at Peter Wentz Homestead. Meet at Worcester Elem. School and drive to Peter Wentz Homestead. We would then drive someone else’s car in a parking lot.
- May 27 – Collegeville-Trappe Memorial Day parade
- May 27 – Wayne Memorial Day parade
- June 8 – Club picnic at Green Lane Park
- July 4 – Skippack parade
- Summer (TBC) – Possible joint activity with the Active A’s club
- Ontelaunee Region of AACA is organizing a 3-day tour to the PA Grand Canyon area. Tom Hudecki will check into details.
- The 2025 MARC National Meet will be held in Gettysburg.

Old /New Business
- Our $1000 scholarship fund donation to PA College of Technology was received and is scheduled for the 2024-25 academic year. The club will be notified of the recipient’s name. (It was noted that this can be a one-time gift.)
- The vendor list on the Club website needs updating. Some vendors are no longer in business. Tom Hudecki is coordinating this update. If anyone has had good dealings with a vendor in the recent past, please contact Tom to add the new vendor to the list.
- The club treasury is due for an annual audit. Carol will ask Fran Russo to handle this.
- Tech sessions – There has been discussion about scheduling a tech session. Since Old Forge is no longer available, members are asked for suggestions of local facilities (businesses, fire companies, churches, etc.) to hold a tech session. Please contact Tom Hudecki with any thoughts on locations.
- The Club is looking into visiting some local car collections. Please contact any club officer with suggestions.
