North Penn Model A Ford Club
April 4th Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by President Phil Christ. There were 41 members in attendance.
Treasures Report- Treasure Ed Roth reported a balance of $4,090.58. The report was approved as submitted.
Old Business- The upcoming Lancaster Tour was reviewed. The tour is scheduled for April 28th thru the 30th. Ed Roth discussed the route and activities. Meet at the Walmart, Harleysville 7:30 am.
Beth Howard discussed the Central Bucks High School junior prom. Everyone enjoyed the evening, and many pictures were taken of the cars that participated.
Ruth Ann Christ discussed the Mercer Museum tour.
New Business- Ed Roth reviewed the club website. We updated the vendor list of current and new suppliers.
A tech session is scheduled for Saturday April 16th at Old Forge Motors, Lansdale, PA.
The Hellertown Show and Swap meet is set for Saturday April 23rd, sponsored by the Lehigh Valley Model A Ford Club.
Upcoming events are a tour to Allen's Store in May and The Lehigh Valley Model A Club poker run
set for July 9th. Pre-registration is required.
The Strassburg Railroad show set for July 16th was discussed. We are looking for a tour chairman.
The MARC membership meeting and national meet is April 7-10th, Dick Longcoy will supply a list of our members e-mail addresses to the national club.
Gary Volpe discussed the Harleysville JC Parade set for May 28th. Meet at the Indian Valley Middle School.
Tony Russo discussed the need for club Incorporation, Non-Profit status and filing a tax return. Phil Christ will contact the national club (MARC) to seek further information.
