Past Activities
- Nov 23 – Lansdale Mardi Gras Parade – Jim Reed had car problems and didn’t make the parade. We had a good turn-out of vehicles on a cold day. Brian Geyer drove the parade’s Grand Marshall in Carol Allen’s Phaeton. The Grand Marshall had invited 2 others to ride with her, so there were 3 adults in the backseat of the Phaeton. Jack Wright drove his Plymouth – the only Club car with heat.
Upcoming Activities

- January 5 – Holiday Dinner at the Bay Pony Inn, Lederach. The social hour begins at 12:00 noon, followed by the buffet dinner at 1:00 pm. Price of $40 per person includes meal, dessert, hot tea and coffee. The holiday gift exchange will be held after dinner. Gifts should be $15; no food or used car parts will be accepted. Other Business
- Phil and Ruth Ann Christ arrive for the Club meetings early and set up the room – refreshment table, the head table and all of the chairs. A motion was presented and passed for the refreshment providers to arrive early and help set up the chairs.
- Carol Allen is renting a heated garage building. It might be possible to hold a tech session there. She will ask permission.
- Brian Geyer bought a 1931 Cabriolet from Ike and Carol Blair. The car is green with green wheels and needs some TLC. (Brian runs Carson Helicopter in Perkasie and has extended an invitation to the club to tour their facility.)
- Tom Hudecki has been appointed chairman of a committee to update the list of parts suppliers and specialty repair shops. If anyone has had a good experience with a repair shop (i.e., radiator, upholstery, engine, etc.), please forward the information to Tom.
